Trespassing:

JTAC can legally post your property if not already done. Then we can assist you blocking off the normal points of entry used by the trespassers and ensure that each point is property signed so violators can be prosecuted IF you so desire. JTAC also has state-of-the-art video surveillance equipment that we can install (hidden) on a temporary basis (we temporarily lease the equipment to you so you don’t have to pay thousands of dollars for equipment you only need once) that will catch the violators on film DAY or NIGHT! Our sophisticated equipment is capable of being deployed for up to a month without electricity and will store up to several hours of video (recording times vary depending on how we set it up) but the end result is you get evidence of who the trespassers are. Once we have the video it is up to you whether or not the case is pursued or not. You can decide to warn the violator or, if you wish and you made JTAC your property agent[1], we will pursue charges FOR YOU. It’s as simple as that.

Vandalism:

Vandalism can take numerous forms. It can be rogue ATV’s or 4X4’s spinning up your fields and trails, or it can be trespassers damaging your camp or out buildings, either way JTAC can help. JTAC investigators can employ tactics much like we did with the trespasser problem; we can post your property, block the problem entry areas, set up surveillance equipment and be your property agent. Additionally, we can also give you valuable advice on how to secure your buildings against burglary[2] as well as help you select and install your own security equipment. The bottom line is that we will work with you to solve the problem period!

[1] JTAC, if you so desire, can act as your “agent” and technically pursue the violator with the same rights as the property owner. If JTAC is your agent WE pursue the charges with the police and WE testify in court against them instead of you. This will give you the ability to make sure the charges stick without the hassle of getting your neighbors mad (if they’re the problem), or exposing yourself to a stranger looking to even the score. We can become a temporary agent very easily with a simple statement, and you set the length of time that we’re your agent, so no lawyers are needed.
